This face-to-face meeting allows us to gather pertinent information about the scope of work, your funding goals, and your organization. We will determine what grant materials and supplemental documents are already in place and what needs to be developed. From this meeting, we will customize a proposal that best meets your needs. Free
GRANT RESEARCH
We will create a report of funding opportunities and funders who are potential matches for your organization and funding needs. The report includes the funders’ grant cycles and recommended funding request amounts.
Grant Research Reports are typically $500 and include high-potential funders.
GRANT PROPOSALS
We will write the entire grant proposal working with your staff to obtain needed data/reports and to maintain the integrity of your organization’s mission, culture, and values.
Grant proposals can be priced per project or as part of a Grant Writing Package.
Individual grants are priced based on request amount,
complexity, and organization budget.
GRANT WRITING PACKAGES
Our 3-month, 6-month, or yearly retainers consist of our Grant Writing Packages. All packages include a needs assessment, grant research, data collection assistance, letter of inquiry, foundation grants, foundation cultivation and follow up, on-site planning, and assistance with post-grant reports.
Grant Writing packages can be purchased as a 3-month, 6-month, or yearly retainer. Price is discounted with extended retainers.
OTHER WRITING SERVICES
We are available to help with your other organization needs. This could include the writing of your case statement, organization narrative, letter of inquiry, appeal letters, or marketing copy.
Writing services are priced per project taking into account
the estimated number of man-hours involved.
