It will also contain postings about my journey of establishing 52 Weeks of Healthy Habits.  In order to IGNITE THE LIGHT WITHIN ME and SHINE BRIGHT, I have determined 52 Healthy Habits.  My goal is to focus on a new Healthy Habit each week.  These habits are designed to invigorate the mind, body, and spirit. Now, I know that habits are easy to break — I will sometimes ignore them, slip-up, and “fall off the wagon” — but by having an established framework—visual and tangible goals—I can set my Health Habits into motion.

Each quarter you will add up the totals for each with the AIM to MASTER THEM ALL. You will be so on top of your life that you will want to share this with others (and feel free to do so)!
