Take a Why Not NOW Attitude

You will start that diet after the holidays.

You will start working out next week.

You will tackle your closet clean up next weekend.

Does any of this sound familiar?

It does for me.  For those who have lofty intentions or have started working towards a goal but then “fell off the horse” there is a saying . . . “there is no time like the present.”

This week’s healthy habit is focused on GETTING STARTED N O W on all those “I really should” or “I plan to” goals that are nagging at us. We know that we should do them, and we plan to do them . . . eventually.

A previous “Healthy Habits for Bright Light Living” was to Have a ‘Why Not Me?!’ Attitude. This week, take a WHY NOT NOW Attitude.

No more procrastinating. TODAY is when we start.
