SET YOUR INTENTION FOR THE DAY AND THEN EXECUTE
You can’t get what you want if you do not know what you want.
Instead of being overwhelmed by your long list of action items, prioritize your top three, most important items for the day. If you anticipate needing the whole day for your #1 priority then concentrate on getting it done. Do not worry about the other items on your list. Just INTEND on getting that one thing done.
I recommend establishing the intention the night before; that way, you can WAKE UP PREPARED AND READY to conquer your goal(s). It can also serve as a motivator to get out of bed in the morning. Here’s to YOU having a great and productive week!
Set that intention and get it done!
[Every Monday, a new ‘habit’ will be posted as part of my 52 Weeks of Healthy Habits for Bright Light Living series. These ‘Healthy Habits’ encompass habits for the mind, body, spirit, and one’s perspective of life—in order to LIVE BRIGHT. You may wish to implement the habits each week (if so, I encourage you to download the Healthy Habits Assessment form). Or, the week’s habit can simply serve as a journal prompt or something to ponder. It’s up to you. I do hope you will check in each week.]
